So what do you think about the M's this year. They added the power corners,have a talented outfield,A new manager and hitting coach,and the ninja looks better than ever. They didn't do shit to the pitching.

You answered your own question Timmuh.. They still need big pitching help... They did make solid moves, but maybe were one move short.

Ok the sexton move kinda boggles the mind, they needed a first baseman that can hit, but a powere hitter? at Safeco? the biggest yard on the left? That yard was meant for pitching,and slaping the ball around like the ninja does and Edgar did. Both him and Beltre will have to adapt their games a lot to be successful there.

And yes the pitching is the question. they need a solid 16 game winner or better,to complement their aging vets and young talent like Meche and Piniero. A power arm i think would round them out best

unless mariners make some trades or something they are pretty much on thin ice just like my team you stole beltre from asses!

Plus if you did this kind of shopping for power two years ago, you'd probably be champs

i am not a padres fan dog, but honestly dont be surprised to see them make the postseason this year, last year they were 5 games out of the wild card spot and while they have improved their roster, many in the NL West (including the Giants, contrary to what ESPN says) got worse. So they will definitely make a run at it

well Richie hit a three run jack , on the first pitch of his first at bat. Sooooooo

ichiro got a hit and ,beltre hustled out a bad defensive play , then richie clubs one out in left.
