For a long time, Charlie Kelly has been one of my favorite characters on TV. He has some of the mose memorable lines ever.
I think a challenger has appeared, and I hope he sticks around for a while. His name is Rafi, also known as El Cuñado. The last episode of The League was the hardest laugh I've had in a while, thanks in most part to the lines that came from Rafi.
One of my favorites was him explaining how he could be the designated driver when he is drinking too. "30 minutes before we leave, you give me the heads up. I'll go to the bathroom, crap the booze out, have a mint. Good. To. Go."
