We just switched some of ours out before the deadline.  I'm almost sad to see XP go.  it was their best release although 7 has been pretty solid too.  They seem to alternate great and shitty versions of windows...

The best substitute is take some of that 40k salary you make and buy a machine with 7 on it.  You can get a refurbished one for about $200
