Oh my. where to even begin.

Its not regarding abortion, numbnuts.    :lol

It may not be specifically about abortion, but it's a part of it and it will come up.  I don't fault CA for mentioning it.

That said....

Abortion is this generations Auschwitz.

Some day there will be a Ralps that denies the 50+ million dead.

....because they were an inconvenience.

Its not particularly even a religious issue.

Its a moral issue.  Simple right and wrong.

You shouldn't murder people in the womb.

As far as the SCOTUS is concerned, it should be neither.  It's a legal issue

you want to see progress. ...go see the Sunni/Shia Muslim  civil war happening in Iraq right now  :police:
If the court finds FOR Hobby Lobby , it will push progress up decades .

The " discriminated employees " can go work for a car wash and get their needs met in the vacuum suction machine for a few quarters  :o

I just have no words for this.  I'm speechless.

The court has increasingly viewed Corporations as individuals in recent rulings.  Therefore should rule against Hobby Lobby I would think.

I get it.

All I'm saying is the SCOTUS can't shoot something down because they happen to think it's immoral.  The SCOTUS's job is to interpret the law.  Period.  If the law itself is born from moral issues (as many are), so be it.

Very true.  But every ruling is tinged in the political leanings of the majority of the bench.  Thats why we are always concerned with a conservative or liberal judge being appointed.

It doesnt appear you are retarded.

It seems you are merely stupid.

Dozens of companies, including Hobby Lobby, claim religious objections to covering some or all contraceptives. The methods and devices at issue before the Supreme Court are those the plaintiffs say can work after conception. They are the emergency contraceptives Plan B and ella, as well as intrauterine devices

Do you notice how nowhere does your source use the term "abortion"?  That's because none of those are abortions, you fvcking knuckledragger.  Add abortions to Iceland, executive orders, checks & balances, etc - things you know zero about.   :lol
