Sorry.  the janitor's beliefs don't trump the owner's beliefs.  This is not a Communist society.

It's not the janitor's "beliefs", its his rights.  Big difference.

If the boss wants to be a Christian, attend church every week, set up a nativity scene in his house, go for it.  What he can't do is hang a cross over my cubicle or force me to pray with him.

Bullshit.  There are no "rights" at stake here. :lol  You have the freedom to choose where you work.

Again, this is the same silly argument made with wedding cakes.  A boss can't say interracial couples can't work for his company - and if you don't like it find another job!!

True.  But there is no legal requirement for him to pay extra to the interracial couple either.

The court has increasingly viewed Corporations as individuals in recent rulings.  Therefore should rule against Hobby Lobby I would think.

Equating interracial employees to Federally mandated degrees of health care is silly. :lol

I know.  After Citizens United I would have thought it to be consistent.  What I wasn't aware of was the 1992 law that the Court cited.

No it isn't.  An employer should have to follow the law, they can't pick and choose certain parts they don't like and say "my religion doesn't allow that" blah blah.

Why are you sacrificing one freedom for another?  Just because you don't like one of them?

Your religious "beliefs" are unfalsifiable.  Rights are not.

I take it you'd be OK with an Islamic boss forcing all his female employees to wear burkas?  And if they idn't like it they could "find another job", right??

If it was a BFOQ, absolutely.  You are arguing belief over law.  Next you will say Reparations are in order.

I don't know what a BFOQ is.

I hope a Muslim buys IBM tomorrow and mandates all female employees must wear burkas.  Then we'll see how excited these morons are about this ruling.

Oh, I know.  THERE'S A DIFFERENCE.  MY RELGION > OTHER RELIGIONS.   :uhh
