I actually tried looking for it once or twice, searched for an online feed, anything, but I couldn't find it.

Definitely not the prime slot that he used to have when he was on every day at 1:30pm on ESPN.

I'm not really sure why they wouldn't allow a stream of the show. It would figure the more views, the better.

I have no idea what happened, so this is just me throwing shit against the wall, but maybe Rome was a bit pissed when he got bumped down from ESPN to ESPN 2.  Maybe they even wanted him to take a paycut, who the hell knows. Still, even on ESPN 2, that's a much better place to be, with tons more exposure to his show, than where he is now, where, like I said, even if I'm actively LOOKING for his show I can't find it, nevermind ever just stumbling upon it while channel flipping.
He maybe should've just stayed with ESPN. Come to think of it, he probably should've just stayed with Premiere Radio too, if for nothing else just because he had like 15 years in the bank with them.

I'm just guessing his move to CBS radio and CBSsportsnet or whatever that POS network is called were a package deal.  As CBS sports is looking to grow its platform of brands they probably wanted Rome in the fold for each of those outlets.  You don't want the anchor of your radio network running a show on the TV side of one of your competitors.

That's exactly what it was. Plus showtime is part of that package deal. And random CBS sports events.

But hasn't it been done before? Hell, take Rome himself - for years he was a TV host on ESPN who had a radio show not on ESPN radio, but on a rival of theirs.
