Pitching Stances
« on: June 25, 2005, 02:49:15 am »
Hey guys, I was wondering if I could get your help on the different pitching stances. It's been a couple years since I pitched legitimately, and there's only one real stance I use anymore, and I seriously doubt I'm doing it right. Anyway, any help from you guys would be very much appreciated.

Google was of no real help.

Grab the hips and bull back while you thrust forward.

For the catching position, just bend slightly at the waist.
