The NCAA has outdone themselves this time

Boise State football received three years probation because incoming players slept on floors of the older players' apartments in August while waiting to move into the dorms.

The whole system in a freaking mess.

Being offered a place to stay by a family member IS NOT an impermissible benefit.  Family members are allowed to provide assistance to athletes.   Friends, on the other hand, can't even buy you a Big Mac.
