Cavs. Bronbron will carry the team on his back to the finals. Still not sold on the Hawks at all.

Which team has Lebron James? You know, the guy who has won the East 4 years in a row even though people keep picking these little pretenders to upend him every year, whether it's the shitty Bulls, or the Pacers, or whoever.  I'll take whatever team he's on.

death, taxes, lebron in the eastern conference finals.

Atlanta got a real break (pun intended) when J.Wall missed those 2 games. even though they split them; if he's in the lineup i srsly doubt that the Hawks win the series but, they did.

LBJ has that look in his eye as he did when he beat the Pacers during his first year w/el Heat (Bosh's abdominal problems).  this year not only is Love out but, Irving is battling some ankle/foot issues as well.

the Hawks are the team that finds a way to win.  Carroll is a good defender and i've seen him get in LBJ's grill and give him some fits.  Horford did some damage to the Wiz on the boards and w/his defense so, the Cavs' bigs are going to have their work cut out.

X factors:
Hawks - Korver
Cavs - Smith

both guys are 3 pt assasins however, despite missing 2 games Smith had the better semifinal outing than Korver.  @ one point in game 6 Korver was 0-7.

If Kyrie's wheels are functional, the Cavs beat the Hawks in 5. This is a much better match up for C-Town than the Bulls. I love the way Thompson and Shumpert have been bringing the D and pounding the boards. Cleveland will definitely need to find a way to minimize Jeff Teague's skill set.

damn; that was easy.

other than the o.t. game on Sunday the Cavs breezed through the Hawks on their way to NBA Finals.  they will now have 8 days to rest before game 1.  Irving didn't look bad but, he'll need to look better if they play the Dubs.  Tristian Thompson just kilt the Hawks on the boards ($$$ he is up for a new contract) and of course Bron Bron did his thing.
even if Korver had played it probably wouldn't have made a difference. it was apparent that Carroll was not 100% as he limped up and down the court.  not sure if they will able to make it this far next year....
