Best Caller in Jungle History Tournament
« on: June 12, 2015, 08:35:50 am »
Clones  :uhh,
On Friday June 26th, after the Smackoff, I am launching a 32-caller
tournament to crown a callers ass as best Jungle caller.  :o

I have the 4 regions and callers seeded, but if somebody new comes
strong in the Smackoff, I'll gladly knock Crapper errr Trapper off.  :-*

I know how everyone will be anxious to participate and vote for their
favorite caller(s), so this tourny will be quick.  I'll only drag it out a
couple of weeks. :koolaid

I'm including callers that haven't been seen or heard from for over a
decade, but have no fear, I'll embed Takebox audio.  :blush

Also, the list consists of former and current Smackoff participants, so
don't expect any hacks or parody singers.  :-\

You may tard this thread now.

Terrance is my favorite because there was a time when he called regularly.  Almost once a month, I believe.

Sorry Norm, you didn't crack the top 32. Too bad there's not a play in game.

Mark in Hollywood in a runaway. When he speaks, you can understand what he is saying. Only other good callers you can say that about are Brad in Corona and Kaleb in Green Bay. Also, Mark is creative and clever. That interview he did with Siri in Smackoff XIX far outclasses Mike and Chael going special ops on Big Wang's.

[manual buzzer] you just outed yourself as a huge nerd lol. "When he speaks you can understand what he's saying"? Maybe you missed the call where Mark was speaking so clearly that Rome clearly ran him clearly for being boring. Which has never happened to a Smackoff champ ever. Stumble on some words? Sure. Run for regrettable material? Bonus points. Run because you're boring means you're a hackoff level tool lol.

Aw, poor little Mikey, all butt-hurt because somebody prefers Mark over him. Say, don't you have better things to do than have hissy fits on these message boards? Isn't there some sort of gay rights rally you and Chael are supposed to be organizing?

Mike and I already did this show. The best call ever was Stevie Carbone in 2001 Smackoff.

Carbone still the best IMO. Should make Semi-Finals at least in this tournament or else I call shenanigans.
