I bet it I dig around at home somewhere I still have the Jungle CD and a shirt with the old JR logo on it.

August 2006
Vic in NoCal, generally regarded as the G.O.A.T., makes his debut as a caller, changing the Jungle landscape forever

April 2010
Vic in NoCal wins his first of multiple Smackoffs, after having made the unprecedentedly gutsy move of calling his shot 2 days earlier, thus earning himself the moniker Broadway.

(from my best recolection)

April 1994
Jim Everett Incident
-Saw this happen on only the second episode I ever saw. Was stationed in Utah at the time and had no idea he even had a radio show. Started liking him at that point.

June 1996
Premiere Radio Network purchases the Jim Rome Show from the Noble Broadcast Group

November 1996
The Jim Rome Show moves to mornings (9a.m.-1p.m.)
--Started hearing the show (now stationed in California) and convinced the other GI's to listen to him instead of Rush on our AM only radios inside those shitty government trucks.

Still listen today while at work and my son now is familiar with the show after growing up forced to listen in the truck with me.  I can't begin to do the math on how many shows I've heard but safe to say I've been around and seen most of how this thing has evolved. Good and Bad.
