OSHA

Our warehouse manager, store manager and a salesperson were working on putting up a third tier of shelving a couple of days ago. The warehouse manager asks the sales person to lift him up on a pallet to work on the top shelves. While doing so the pallet breaks and he falls dome first onto the concrete floor. The injury list is to long to mention but lets say its significant with a bleed on the brain being one of the worst and he is in ICU. OSHA is suppose to be crawling all over the place today to investigate the accident. No PPE or safety devices were used to prevent this near fatal accident. How many of the 3 have a job when the smoke clears?

There will be plenty of litigation going on after these guys are terminated.  Who gave the OK that these guys could perform work like this?  If a higher-up approved this action in lieu of hiring professionals then the company will be liable.

Store manager gets away. He rats out the other two: "I just wanted more shelves and I told the warehouse manager to make it happen." "I had no knowledge of how they were doing it" etc.

Also OK is a right to die state because it really is that shitty there. I was there 2 days and wanted to die shortly after my arrival. Arkansas laughs at Oklamoma.  :lol
