Interesting burgers
« on: February 06, 2016, 06:01:00 pm »
Just saw a recipe on tv for a burger that's made from ground pork mixed with half cooked bacon thats chopped into tiny bits then just grilled as usual. They served it as is with no fixings on a brioche bun.

Also I've always wanted to try a burger with fried egg on top but never got around to it. Is it worth it?

Placing a fried egg on a hamburger sounds difficult. I can see how you've never tried it before. I would leave that to the pros.

It is worth it but won't make an average burger better IMO.

Yeah the bacon one for sure is worth it.

I was wondering about the whole fried egg thing. Apparently I'm the only one that hasn't tried it.   :-\

We get them from China. The current embargo is blocking them because Justin Trudeau is a tree hugging pansy.
