Haven't heard the show yet, but pretty sure that "sounding nervous" is Vic's dry,
staccato thing.

If his voice was breaking and quavering, that would be awesome!

Just listened to the 3rd hour roundtable segment.  Amazing.  When asked what he did for work, Victor didn't have the balls to say he was unemployed and living with his sister.  The jungle's bad boy? Try the jungle's bitch boy.

What he does for work? Haven't you listened to his calls? He excels in the boardroom.

The amount of interest in this thread is a pretty good indicator of where Rome's show is at and where it's going.

I tuned into the opening of the show, everyone loves a train wreck right? So when Rome raises his voice in feigned excitement WWE style and he acknowledges his "dozens of clones in attendance"  :lol :lol :lol and does his usual on air begging as he does for twitter followers, it's reaffirmation that Rome is done. He's been circling the drain for yrs and someone needs to flush his sorry ass into the sewer while he still has some dignity left.

And if anyone stuck around to hear the "roundtable", get a life. As for those losers who showed up to the "roundtable" get a life is double for you.  And for the participants of the "roundtable", that's triple for you  :lol

Disagree. Even sanitized because of cowardice due to the PC crowd, the show is
funnier than any other sports talk show.

I think the show's as good as it's ever been. At least in the time I've been listening & it's been a while.

The show is still good and better than anything out there. Sure it's different than it used to be but Rome is still the best in the business.

It seems like Leff would be a pretty annoying person to be around in real life. Some of his interjections fell flat and were pretty stupid.

Vic looks different that I imagined based off his voice.

Mark's comment about selling women's pleasure items was also stupid and not funny.

I think these three guys are better for rehearsed calls into Rome, rather than having a give and take conversation.
