after 18 years of living in a modest home (1,751 sq ft) mrs. wireman says is time to up grade.  being in  Rawlee its truly a buyers market (as a real estate friend of mine said) but, the fukkers are either out in Johnston County which would be a bear of drive to work or in N.Rawlee and it presents the same problem...ugh. either way here are some we've looked at; i need ya'll to decide where we move.... :uhh  :lol

fvck, house prices are cheap in Rawlee.  Those look like nice houses for half the price they should be.

They're all HOA required? You ok with just a small lot but big house? I can't give sound advice because I would never wanna go back to living so close to people I hate.. and most neighbors are pretty hateable

If it's a buyer's market it's a good investment. My brother was pissed when he got relocated from Raleigh. Had a huge house, great neighbo(u)rhood. Go for it. Best of luck.
