Why is the 2019 Smackoff so early ? (June 21.)

In recent years,the Smackoff was held in late July (July 28,I believe,last year .) However ,the 2019 Smackoff will occur June 21. Anyone with intel about why the Smackoff will be held so early ?

Most Smackoffs were in April or May.

Recent years has been getting later and later.
Maybe they're trying to get back to the regular schedule.
