I loved The Cars as a kid. Their debut album is a classic and I like quite a few of their albums. But Candy-O is the absolute best. Great album start to finish.

Wore out the tape listening to it on my walkman. Makes me feel old

btw, ocasek was a great songwriter. if you didn't have " just what i needed" on your car stereo back in the day, you might be shit.

Ocasek's bandmate,Benjamin Orr,died in 2000 .Not to be unkind,but Orr,Ocasek and Roland Olazabal are and were frightfully ugly dudes !!!!! RIP,Ric !!!!!!
