For hiring Mike McCarthy as their next coach . McCarthy,who has a Super Bowl ring,should be able to get the Cowboys to follow his lead and discover if Dak Prescott is indeed their franchise quarterback .

uh, do you know who owns the cowboys? there's no coach coming in to truly take over. it's jerry's world and mike mccarthy is just employed in it.

Yeah,but unlike Garrett,McCarthy's a real coach with leadership skills. Jerry will always rule personnel,but maybe he'll allow McCarthy to run the club .
