What ever happened to John in C-Town from "The Tape" fame?

I had a big gap in listening to Rome, but "the tape" was one of my favorite moments of all time.

John hooked me and my girlfriend up at the tour stop in Cleveland with some VIP passes. We had access to free food and beverages and John was a solid C-town rep. We also hung out with him, Trapper, Silk, Poindexter, Seanny, and a few others at the hotel we were all staying at. Some great times at that Tour Stop. I do not know the whole story of the fallout between he and Trapper.

‘The tape’ was one of greatest moments in Jungle history.

I still remember the ‘wtf’ moment listening live.

Now I need to find it in the take box.

EDIT: Just realized I had not heard the original playing of ‘the tape’.

The first time I heard it was as the ‘dance mix’ they spliced on after cutting John off. It was both surreal AND hilarious hearing it that way.
