Conservative courts are called conservative courts when at least 5 out of the 9 judges were appointed by Conservative POTUS and have conservative backgrounds. It really is that simple. Can you even count to 5?
By the same token, you are welcome to call it a liberal court when the dems expand it to 13 and have 7 appointed justices 
AND when the "conservatard court" votes that it's ok for the Dems to do it.
