Imagine being a cop having to work a beat in the hood full of low-IQ bums.  And then one day you cross paths with this fvcking illiterate druggie with 8 prior criminal convictions, who can barely communicate in basic English, and after giving him nearly 10 minutes to cooperate and communicate with you like a normal human being, his fentanyl overdose ends up getting you 22 years in prison AND the libtard state of Minnesota awards $27 million of taxpayer money to his bum ass family.
